Bryan Shockley

Bryan is CrossFit Level I certified, completed twice, CrossFit Barbell certified, CrossFit Football Certified, and a Bigger Faster Stronger Certified strength trainer. He is also a High school football coach at Eagles Landing Christian Academy. Bryan is a family man he lives a very active lifestyle with his wife, Amy, and their six children. Bryan believes that it is important to live a healthy lifestyle spiritually as well as physically. He competed in the CrossFit Games last year and placed 5th worldwide in the masters division.

Amy is CrossFit Level I certified, CrossFit Barbell Certified, she is also Bigger Faster Stronger certified. She leads a very active life style with her husband and six children and still finds time to stay fit. She also trains female athletes for Eagles Landing Christian Academy. Amy believes in a healthy life style not only for her, but for her family as well.

Dion Moore

Dion Moore is Crossfit level 1 certified, he is also WFA certified. Dion has always had a fitness lifestyle that started when he was young. He played football at Mary Ville College in Tennessee. He loves working with up and coming athletes who want to perform at the next level.

Russell Reed
Email
Russell is Crossfit Level 1 certified and has been doing Crossfit for a few years now. He is a certified firefighter and paramedic with the Fayette County Fire Department and also serves as a SWAT medic with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Craig Maddox

Craig Maddox is Crossfit Level 1 certified, Mobility and Movement Certified (Kelly Starett) also has completed the Crossfit Defense Cert. with Tony Blauer. Craig found CrossFit in 2010 and hasn’t looked back, he enjoys training and helping other people get in the best shape of their life! Craig attended Southeastern University and received a degree in Sports Management while playing baseball. Craig was named NCCAA division 1 All-American in 2005- the first time that a Division 2 player had received that honor. He helped lead Southeastern to three NCCAA National Championship (2005-07) He was named All-American 2005-07, and was named NCCAA Division 2 National Player of the Year in 2007. Craig finished his career at Southeastern as the all-time leader in RBI and in home runs. Craig was then signed by the Detroit Tigers in June of 2007, and assigned to the Rookie GCL Tigers. He played 2008 in the veteran heavy Can-Am League for the New Jersey Jackals, where his talents caught the eye of the Atlanta Braves, who then purchased his contract. Craig is currently in his 7th season of pro-ball playing for the Gary Southshore Railcats.

Becky Phillips

Becky is a CrossFit Level 1 certified coach and Crossfit Olympic Lifting certified. Having always been active and fit, she discovered her love for CrossFit in the summer of 2011 after her husband finally convinced her to give it a try. She’s been hooked since! As a runner, she was looking for something different after tackling many half and full marathons. CrossFit was just the change she needed. Now, she no longer just enjoys running, she loves thrusters, snatches, and pull-ups too! She wants to bring that same joy to her clients by pushing them beyond what they believe is possible. To help someone achieve what they never thought they could is her goal at CrossFit Pulse.

Aimee Orcutt Yervasi

A collegiate field hockey player, and long-time exercise enthusiast, she received her Master’s degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from Western Michigan University. Aimée’s experience includes working in Division I collegiate athletics at Yale University, Drexel University and Villanova University. She spent the majority of that time providing care and treatment of athletic injuries to the women’s basketball, football, and track teams. After taking a long time out of the work force to raise three boys, Aimée found Crossfit last summer after she began to explore the Paleo diet. She was soon hooked and became very passionate about the Crossfit community. She is eager to transfer her knowledge and background from Sports Medicine into the realm of Crossfit. One of her greatest passions is imparting a healthy diet and enjoyment of exercise to her three children. She holds trainer certificates in Crossfit Level 1, CrossFit Defense, and Crossfit Kids.

David Owen

David Owen is CrossFit Level 1 certified coach. He was introduced to CrossFit in 2011 and immediately fell in love. Having an athletic background in football and baseball, competition is something that comes second nature. The competition side of CrossFit is not the only thing that David loves, he enjoys the community, training and helping others accomplish goals they never believed they could.
