Elements Classes!!!!!

Make sure you sign up for our Elements classes that are being held Thurs April 15, and Tues April 20 at 7:00 pm.  These classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of CrossFit, including Olympic Lifting.  Everyone needs to be proficient at all of our foundational movements in order to perform at your maximum level, get the most benefit from your workouts, and most importantly to prevent injury.   Email Bryan at bryan@crossfitpulse.com to make sure you reserve your spot.  Space is limited.
