Yes it happens to the guy that works at the gym…….Sometimes I just don’t feel like doing the workout. Sometimes I have had too many kid football games, and too much other stuff and I am tired and just don’t feel like I can complete a workout. Then something down deep inside me comes out and I just do it and finish the workout…….Maybe I don’t post a killer time, but at least I complete the WOD. ……………And I am always glad I did it. It might have sucked while I was doing it, but I did it, and I am better for it. My heart is stronger, and I burned off some extra calories, and I feel good…….and I am not a sluggard. It never feels good till it’s over, so just be like “Nike”……Just Do It! Have a great weekend, and get out and enjoy being FIT. Come Saturday if you need to grab one more WOD.
