The “I am CrossFit” Challenge is winding down to the last week. Our Grand Finale is Thursday March 11th with the workout at 5:30 pm and celebration and food immediately afterwards. We will have the “I am CrossFit” workout just like the workout we did on Feb 1. I can’t wait to see how we have improved!
Remember we are competing on two levels.
1. Body fat and weight loss
2. How fast you complete the workout vs. how fast you did the workout on Feb 1.
Hopefully most of you can do the workout on March 11th at 5:30 pm, but if you cannot make that date and time, please let me know and we will make sure you get your workout in when you can be here. Please bring your family and friends to the event to watch and cheer for you.
Also, just so we have enough food for you all, please email me and let me know about how many people you are bringing.
During the day on March 11th, we will have our regular class times for the morning classes for anyone who cannot be here at 5:30 pm, but the 5:00 and 6:00 pm classes on that day will not be held. If you want to workout that afternoon at 5:30, and you have not registered for the “I am CrossFit” Challenge, you can still come do the workout, but you won’t be eligible to compete for the championship.
If you are new to the gym, and have not registered for this event, no big deal. Just come next Thursday and watch or workout, and hang out with us and enjoy some free food…………….just tell us who is coming so we have enough food.
On a different note, I want to thank you all for continuing to spread the word about the CrossFit experience. We depend on you guys to tell your friends about us and invite them to come try it. As you guys know, you really can’t describe CrossFit……….you just gotta come do it. So, keep inviting people! We will be here Saturday am at 9:00, or just let me know when you want to bring someone and I will meet them here.
Most of you have been faithful about getting in here and getting your workouts in. Some of you guys have missed some days………….(yea, you know who you are)……Get back in here! We miss you! We have our 4:00 and 5:15 classes this afternoon. Be like Nike………..”Just do it!”.
