  • 5:00AM Boot Camp ( Monday Wednesday Friday)
  • 6:00am
  • 7:00am
  • 8:15am
  • 9:15am (Women’s only Class)
  • 5:00pm
  • 6:00pm
  • On Fridays there will be one evening class held at 5:15pm.
  • We would also like to offer a 1:30pm class please let us know if you are intrested.
