Paleo and “I am CrossFit”

Please check yesterday’s blog post for huge amount of info on the Paleo diet.  Yea, all the diet stuff can be scary.  Our suggestion from the gym is to shop on the perimeter of the grocery store.  Stay away from the processed foods.  Don’t eat white stuff.  Take it one step at a time.  Start slow and ease your way into it.  Think of it as a “lifestyle” and not a diet.   Keep checking our blog for postings on help ideas.
