All CrossFit classes are held at our Crossfit Pulse facility. Each class is about 50 minutes which includes a warm-up, the workout, and time to cool down.

Before you join a CrossFit Class you must complete our CrossFit Elements.
- This is required for two reasons:
- Your safety: You will learn through demonstration and practice all of the main movements in a CrossFit Workout.
- After completing the elements program you will be able to join a CrossFit class and feel confident in what you are doing.
The Elements will consist of three separate classes where you will get one on one coaching by one of our CrossFit coaches.
- In the elements one class you will learn:
- Air Squat - Back Squat
- Front Squat
- Overhead Squat
- Push up
- Kipping Pull Up
- Row
- Concept II
- At the end of this session you will also do a scaled CrossFit Workout
- In the elements class two:
- Dead lift
- Sumo Dead Lift High Pull

- Shoulder Press
- Push Press
- Push Jerk
- In the elements three class:
- Med Ball Clean
- Barbell Clean
- Ring Row
- Ring Dip
- Burgener Warm up
- Snatch

Once you have completed the elements you will be familiar with all the CrossFit functional movements.
