“Fight Gone Bad”
3 rounds of max reps of:
Row
Push Press
Box Jump
SDLHP
Wall Ball
Do each exercise for 1 min. with a continous running clock. After each round rest 1 min. then continue until 3 rounds are completed.
Count reps for each exercise and then total out for your final score.






Glad to be back in the gym this morning…missed you guys. Knee is coming along, wish I could have done the whole workout. Had to sub Wall balls and Box Jumps. Keep up the good work, tough one today!
