W.O.D 9/3/10

Friday:

Warmup:

5 muscle ups, or 10 chest to bar pullups, 10 ring dips.

5 Hand Stand push ups

500m row.

Stretch:

Team W.O.D, AMRAP 25 min.

In Teams of two complete the following:

10 reps Bench Press each RX= Bodyweight/half body weight, or 25 pushups (chest to floor)

15 pullups each or 7 pullups with Dumbbell in between ankles RX =35/15

Run 400m together.

Rules: you can not work until your partner is resting, spot each other on bench, and Run together.

    Have to be grilled chicken or tilapia with vegtables. Or there is always a salad!

    I feel so much better and my workout intensity is so much higher when I eat clean. Something like grilled chicken and zuchinni squash (not sure how to spell zuchinni???). Desert might be something like a huge bowl of strawberries…..

    I Definitley agree with Bryan, my workout’s are way better and i recover way faster when i eat clean.
    I would have to say Sirloin steak, a few blueberries, Mixed Veggies, and some almonds.

    I agree as well, eating good makes you feel good. I enjoyed the team W.O.D. today, lots of fun.

    whopper combo with a Milkshake!!! LoL, Not!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was my paleo before crossfit. But now it has to be Baked Chicken breast with Broccoli!!!!! My desert has to be watermelon. Paleo is the Best!!!!!
