I’ve gain weight but lost body fat percentage.
My mile time as never been faster.
i would have never thought i would be able to clean 255.
or O.H. squat 225. CrossFit is a dream come true.

Could not agree more with wade besides the weight gain lol! I am lifting weight I thought I could never lift especially with my size. My endurance, drive, and push are just so much stronger. It is truly unexplainable and is something everyone should experience!!!
i started crossfit in december at a hospital gym in thomaston, ga. when i started, i couldn’t do really anything rx, and pullups were a joke to me. now, 57 lbs lighter, my whole lifestyle has changed. from eating to working out, things are totally different for the good. since i started doing the WOD’s at pulse (opposed to getting them online and doing them at my gym), i can tell a big difference. it’s great to have people pushing you to do your best and not letting you settle for mediocrity.
